About Paula Arkell Waller M.A:

Business & Careers Manager

Paula has spent 20 years of her working life in fashion and sportswear design following on from four years as a fashion undergraduate and then worked initially with Speedo and Decathlon. Paula was a surf wear and product designer before moving into Visual Merchandising in UK, working with Gap, and Oxbow, where she was responsible for overseeing wholesale accounts for French Surf Wear Company Oxbow in the UK, France and Channel Islands.

Paula established herself as a Retail and Business Consultant in 2004, using her experience to help others to achieve their personal goals. Paula has worked with in most sectors including fashion, retail, and manufacturing. Paula is a fully trained Career & Employment Advisor having completed Level 4, Advice & Guidance Qualification, along with Level 3 Assessor & PTTLS Teaching Course. Paula provides advice in:
